Do we need to belong in an organization to join the NVS?
No. You can come as an individual without representing any particular organization/company.

If we will arrive earlier than April 5, 2013 (NVS), what will be the arrangement for the food and lodging? 
 VOICE as the NVS organizer will only cover food during the Summit and accommodation; depending on the Registration Fee category that the delegate avails. Registration will start at 9am of April 5, 2013 and end at 5pm of April 6, 2013.

How do we register?
You may download the Reply Form at www.voicenetworkph.org and e-mail completer form it to NVS 5 Secretariat at: voicenational@yahoo.com.

How much is the NVS Registration Fee?
The delegate can choose any of the following Conference Fee categories:
(a)   Php3,800 inclusive of conference kit, transportation expenses for study tour, meals, lodging (airconditioned room), use of resort amenities (swimming pool/sports facilities)
(b)   Php3,500 inclusive of conference kit, transportation expenses for study tour, meals, lodging (non-airconditioned room), use of resort amenities (swimming pool/sports facilities)
(c)   Php3,000 inclusive of conference kit, transportation expenses for study tour, meals (for non stay-in participants or those who wish to be billeted outside of the conference venue — kindly take care of your own hotel booking; check list of DOT-accredited at naga.gov.ph/see-naga/accommodations)  
(d)   Php1,500 (student rate — stay-in; inclusive of conference kit, transportation expenses for study tour, meals, lodging (non-airconditioned room), use of resort amenities (swimming pool/sports facilities)
(e)   Php1,000 (student rate — non stay-in; inclusive of conference kit, transportation expenses for study tour, and meals)

How do we pay for the Registration Fee?
Payment may be made through: 
(a)   Bank Transfer (Bank transfer should be made in Philippine Peso)
(b)   Check (All checks payable to VOICE, Inc.) 

Account Name: VOICE, Inc. Account Number: 2381-0007-13 (BPI  Bank)  
Please notify the NVS 5 Secretariat by sending a copy of the deposit slip through email (voicenational@yahoo.com) on or before April 2, 2013.

(c)   Cash (Cash/Check payment is accepted on or before April 5, 2013)
Official receipt will be issued during onsite registration.
